Promotions are coordinated with our team for eligible events in our daily WhatsApp round-ups. We agree timing and repeat placements together. All listings require an approved profile and follow our overnight publishing schedule. We confirm billing details and inclusions before you commit.

Verify your email, prepare your profile and submit your events. Our team needs to approve your profile before listings can go live. New events must start tomorrow or later in Brisbane time and enter the next eligible overnight publishing update. Publication depends on that update completing successfully, so allow an extra day for early-morning events.
Absolutely. Plan ahead for your weekly class, regular live music or next community gathering. Create a listing for each event date you want people to discover, and keep its details up to date.
We coordinate your eligible event promotions with you for our daily WhatsApp round-ups. Community favourite includes three promotions per month; Coast champion includes unlimited promotions per month. Unlimited means no monthly promotion quota, with timing and repeat placements agreed with our team to keep the round-ups useful. It does not mean automated or guaranteed daily placement of every event.
Create your organiser account or send us a plan enquiry. We will confirm the inclusions, billing details and promotion arrangements with you before activation. Creating an account does not start a paid subscription.
You can prepare your events while your profile is being reviewed. Listings are visible only while your profile has active approval. If that approval expires or is withdrawn, your events come off the public guide until your profile is approved again.
