Tai Chi and Qigong are ancient health exercises for regulating the body, mind and breath.

Slow mindful movements that balance the flow of Qi (Chi) throughout the body to promote physical and mental wellbeing.

Suitable for all ages and levels of fitness.

Location: Opposite Pelican Boat Hire

Time: Tuesday / Thursday 7:30am - 8:30am

Cost: $20.00 (Concession $15.00) - pay on arrival - no bookings needed
