Community Yin & Yoga Nidra - Thursdays 6.15-7.15pm - $10

Did you know we offer Community Yin & Yoga Nidra at Zenko Noosa every Thursday at 6:15pm? This class is a $10 donation, or is included in your Zenko Yoga Membership, and is open to everyone. Whether you're new to yoga or have been practicing for years, this is a beautiful space to slow down, release and deeply rest. If you know someone who could use a little stillness in their life, bring them along. We would love to see you there. STYLE: Yin & Yoga Nidra SUITABLE FOR: Beginners, those with injuries or those looking for a practice that includes some meditation and deep relaxation of the body and mind.

Parking for the studio is in the surrounding streets, not in the Acres Car Park.
