💃 INTRO TO CHOO LA LA — BURLESQUE FUSION 💃 Something fun, empowering and a little bit sassy is coming to Coolum!

I did Choo La La for a couple of years when I lived in Sydney and absolutely loved it. It was so much fun, incredibly empowering and wonderfully supportive—a great way to build confidence, connect with other women and step outside my comfort zone.

I’m thrilled that it has now arrived on the Sunshine Coast! Choo La La began more than 12 years ago when founder Melony Cherrett brought six women together in a small community hall. Since then, it has grown into a welcoming and supportive community that has brought thousands of women together across Australia.

This is so much more than learning to dance. It’s an opportunity to: ✨ Have fun and enjoy plenty of laughter ✨ Build confidence and reconnect with your body ✨ Meet other women in an uplifting environment ✨ Step outside your comfort zone ✨ Feel sexy, sassy and empowered

The dance style combines jazz, lyrical and commercial movement with plenty of showgirl flair. Classes include a showgirl-inspired warm-up, choreography and stretching.

No dance experience is needed, all levels are welcome and there is no stripping involved. Performing is completely optional.

We’ll also look at arranging carpooling from Noosa for anyone who would like to travel together. Come along on your own or bring a friend—we’ll be stepping into something new together.
